Powder Paints, All the Advantages !
What do the desalination facility in Hadera, the Electric Company power station, the bridges of the Public Works Authority all have in common? These are just a few of the projects in Israel and abroad that have used Univercol powder paints.
The reason for the multitudinous local and global projects is simple - painting with electrostatic powders offers many advantages:
- It is suitable for all types of metals (from screw tops to equipment parts)
- Cost-effective painting
- Green, environment-friendly and user-friendly paints (with green label certification and certified by the Standards Institute)
- Endless painting options - any hue, texture or gloss
- Suitable for painting products that have undergone hot or cold-dip galvanizing processes, or coating processes
- Professional painting - high quality finish, rigid and durable coating film
- Controlled painting
- Product may be used immediately after painting (no need to wait for it to dry)
- High resistance to mechanical damage, corrosion, chemicals or radiation
Important: Painting metals with electrostatic powder paints is carried out in designated dyehouses. This is an automated process without any human intervention, the metal parts are carried on a conveyer belt to all stages of this industrial, controlled and automatic process (preparation - chemical or mechanic cleaning, dusting with electrostatic powder paint, heating in the oven). The resulting color is uniform and impressive (without any spots of paint) and a thickness of over 80 microns may be achieved in one application.
